--Kai--
As we went past the borders, noting his scent strongly as we entered. I looked around at the foilage as we followed Ramiel through his grounds. I was grateful he kept to a walk, seeing as I was very tired and Keltan wasn't far off. I spotted the caves he had spoken of before and gave a soft sigh. She wasn't fully trusting the white wolf ahead of us, but I did trust him enough I guess. I could think more about it after I slept.
--Keltan-- I followed my mom closely, unsure of where we were. The new male wolf seemed nice, but my mom was still slightly on edge. I was tired, and saw caves soon ahead. Momma, are we staying here? I asked her curiously, my voice tinted with sleepiness. She nodded her dial yes and I continued to follow her closely, eyeing the new wolf and caves.

He trotted in behind the waterfall on the smooth, but not incredibly slippery, path behind the wall of water.
Come on. It's safe. I promise.
He told them, ducking his head out a bit to show them he was still alive. Ducking his head back in, he quickly trotted a bit farther back and dragged out some more moss, which he added to his pile. He would let the other two use it for now. He could make another for himself. [/size]

--Kai- I eyed the water suspiciously, but it seemed safe enough, Remiel had gotten through okay. I turned and grabbed Keltan by the scruff of his neck, not wanting him to slip or get hurt. I carefully walked behind it, coming to find a large mossy bed. I put Keltan down and he shook himself, falling off balane doing so. My mouth tugged at the corners, but my eyes searched for Remiel. Thank you. I said as he added the moss. It was very kind of him to take care of us like this.
--Keltan-- As my mom was thanking Remiel, I trotted over to the moss bed, wanting to curl up and sleep. It looked so inviting. When I felt the giving moss under my pads, I circled and layed down, getting comfortable. I looked at my mom, waiting for her.
--Kai-- I watched Keltan go over to the bed and quickly lay down. I myself was slightly more hesitant. I looked towards Remiel, almost asking permission to. I must not be used to kindness.

He motioned for her to go ahead, then trotted closer to the front, near the water, to give them some privacy. He lapped at some of the moving water as he stared out at the distorted picture of the world outside. If he had been a deeper thinker, he probably would have connected this with something, but we all know he's far from thinking that deeply. Once he was sure they were okay, he would go out and find some more moss around the lake, but for now he would wait. He wasn't good at waited, and would probably start pacing, but he would wait nonetheless.

As He motioned for me to go, I did. I walked towards the moss where my pup was already fast asleep. The moss was soft as my pads touched them and I circled around, trying to find a comfortable spot, then layed down close to Keltan. I wrapped around his small form, wishing his short life hadn't been so hard. He was only three weeks old. He should be sleeping and eating. Not on the run. The first two weeks were hard, him beingable to barely walk. By now he could walk for a while at a slow pace but it tired him out greatly. I usually carried him. At least now we could rest safely, hopefully. This wolf Remiel, I wanted to trust him and the only thing stopping me was my past experiences with trust. Maybe we could stay here. I thought but then shook my head, clearing it from my mind. I did not want to get any hope up that we would stay unless he offered, He did only say for awhile. As I drifted asleep thoughts kept bothering me about what to do.
------After sleeping-------- As I woke slowly, my eyelids fluttered, clearing away sleep. I lifted my head from the emerald moss and looked around, forgetting where I was for a few seconds. Memories came flooding back. I first looked at Keltan to make sure he was okay, and finding him still sleeping peacefully. I stretched and then searched for Remiel. I saw him laying nearby, sleeping as well. My heart warmed slightly, glad that I had trusted him. I needed that rest badly. I felt so rested. I felt a nudging at my stomach and looked down to find Keltan beginning to suckle. I smiled and lowered my head and nuzzled him affectionately. Good morning my little one.. I said quietly, so as not to wake Remiel.
